Policies
ON THE GLOW CUSTOM SPRAY TANNING POLICY:
- Minimum of 24 hours to book any appointment.
- Valid credit card required to be on file to book all appointments.
- Additional travel fees may apply if outside of 25 miles of Columbus, Ohio.
- You must be fully prepped for your appointment by following my spray tan preparation list below and also by having hair up, make up and jewelry off.
- Any client under 18 is required to wear under garments and a parent or guardian must be present for duration of appointment.
- There is a small group of people whose skin may not react favorably to spray tanning.
- You MUST make any known allergies aware prior to the appointment.
- Spray tanning results may vary and there are no guarantees.
- ALL services are non refundable and non transferable.
- Cassie Bentley-Bradshaw Media LLC (DBA On the Glow Custom Spray Tanning) reserves the right to refuse service for any reason before or during the duration of the appointment.
- Pregnant or nursing women should consult with their physician before getting a spray tan.
- The products used during your appointment do not contain sunscreen and will not protect you from sunburn.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A cancellation
fee of 50% of total service for cancellations/rescheduling within less than 24 hours of appointment time.
- No shows/not ready will result in an appointment
cancellation and you will be charged the full appointment amount.
- If you are using a purchased package session for your tan and cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit one session from your package.
- SUNBURNS: If you come to your appointment with a sunburn, you will be charged 50% of the service cost and your appointment time will be canceled.
- Cancellation and rescheduling fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
